This trip 23 suitcases were packed for Kenya. They were filled with donated
school supplies, medical supplies, library books, teddy bears soccer balls and a
child size wheelchair. |
Richard, our packing expert filled them to the precise weight allowed by
the airline. Wendy and Richard pack and itemize the contents of each suitcase
with help from member Sharon Cuttell. |

We always make quite a sight as we arrive at the airport with a caravan of
trolleys to check in! |
After a long flight and long delay for plane repairs in Paris, we finally arrive
in Nairobi! What a great sight to see David our administrator waiting for us
with a van to drive all the suitcases on ahead to Kisumu where we will be
staying this trip at the Mill Hill Mission House. |
Tired but happy to finally be back in our much loved Kenya, we spend a day in
Nairobi and a night in the famous Stanley Hotel before a very early flight to
Kisumu in the morning. |
